Consignor Access empowers consignors and vendors to remotely manage their inventory. As a consignor, you can undertake various tasks pertaining to your items. Here are some avenues to reach out to the store:

 

·       Customer Portal: Access the customer portal provided by the store, which may contain information on how to contact the store, including contact details, support options, and FAQs.

 

·       Sales Team: For specific assistance concerning your consignment, consider reaching out to the store’s sales team. They can provide guidance on consignor-related matters, payouts, and more.

 

It’s important to note that the shop owner determines the permissions for Consignor Access, so the level of autonomy and control you have may vary based on the store’s policies. Don’t hesitate to explore the available resources or directly contact the store for personalized assistance!

If this is your first time logging into Consignor Access, there’s no need to worry! We’ve prepared a step-by-step guide to help you navigate your account.

STEP 1: Click on the “Log In” button at the bottom of this guide. This will redirect you to the ConsignorAccess website.

 

STEP 2: Under “Consignors,” click on the button “Find Your Store.” This action will prompt a pop-up screen with a login prompt.

 

STEP 3: Fill out the information in the prompt with your consignor ID and email address. If the information is accurate, you will now be logged into your consignor account.

 

STEP 4: At the top of the Consignor Dashboard, you will find your consignor balance displayed.
